Asma Begum, a PhD student of Dr. Laroussi

Asma Begum, a PhD student of Dr. Laroussi is awarded a travel grant to attend the Gaseous Electronics Conference (GEC), which will be held in Dallas, TX, October 2008. Asma will present the latest work of Dr. Laroussi's research group on the plasma pencil.
