Ms. Baker is the Assistant Programs Manager for the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering.

Ms. Baker has been with Old Dominion University since 1995 and has worked in the Office of International Admissions, the Office of Admissions, and the Office of Financial Aid.  Most recently, she was the Coordinator of Special Programs for International Admissions.  Prior to her career at Old Dominion University, she also worked for the City of Norfolk, the Norfolk Naval Accounting and Disbursement Office, and the Armed Forces Staff College.

Ms. Baker has a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Art in Urban Education with an emphasis in Community Counseling from Norfolk State University. She is currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree in Higher Education Administration at Old Dominion University.
