Dr. Ghaith Rabadi is the Graduate Program Director and an Associate Professor at Old Dominion University in the Department of Engineering Management & Systems Engineering. Prior to joining the faculty at Old Dominion, Dr. Rabadi was a R&D Director at Productivity Apex, Inc., Orlando, Florida. Prior to that, Dr. Rabadi was a Visiting Assistant professor at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Rabadi managed projects funded by NASA for two years and worked at Lucent Technologies for three years while pursuing his Ph.D. He received his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and his B.Sc. from the University of Jordan in 1996 and 1992 respectively.

Dr. Rabadi's research interests include Operations Research, Simulation Modeling and Analysis, Scheduling, Optimizations Techniques, and Engineering Management. For more detailes on research, please visit his web page
