Mr. Jaradat is a doctoral student of Engineering Management in the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering. Mr. Jaradat obtained his bachelor degree from the College of Business and Administrative Sciences at the Hashemite University in 2003. He also graduated with honors with a master degree in Production and Operations Management from the Hashemite University in 2005.

Mr. Jaradat has experience in both the public and private sectors. He worked as an Administrative Officer in the Free Zone Corporation in Zarqa, Jordan. He also worked as a Managerial Officer in the Ministry of Industry and Trade in which he undertook continuous process improvement efforts within the functional units of the ministry. He was then recruited by the Arab Bank, the largest banking corporation in the region, to study the Jordanian credit market, develop market intelligence strategies and research, and supervise environmental scanning efforts in the bank.

Mr. Jaradat's research interests are focused on modeling of humans in complex dynamic systems, and designing work environments to maximize safety and efficiency. He also has interest in multi-disciplinary research to study humans as operators, maintainers, or users of a system, and utilize the knowledge obtained from that research to better match humans, environments, and machines.
