PhD Candidate

2005 to date Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia Ph.D. Candidate. GPA 3.7/4.0 2004 Devry University, Chicago, Illinois, Master in Information System of Management. GPA 3.5/4.0 1997 Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt, BS in Electric and Communication Engineering.

My research of study is to optimize large scale network handling capabilities for large system inventories and to implement strategies for the purpose of reducing capital expenses. Current work intends to present techniques that optimize transfer storage media for the purpose minimizing waiting time and hardware cost while maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

My past research is tracking, measuring and optimizing Microwave signals propagation in different (Biology layers) by using desired antenna, the desired waves used have high frequencies to propagate through different layers, also I used the spectrum analyzer to measure transmitted waves and reflections from each layer at optimum level by examine how much power absorbed and measure the reflected magnitude.

Also working in projects for Verizon Telecommunication to Engineer, design and implement overlay proper corrective plant configurations using fiber to the home (FTTH) in several areas in united sates from the central office optical line terminal (OLT) to the home optical network terminal (ONT)using gigabit passive optical network technology (GPON), commercial units or Multi Dwellings Units (MDU) using first fiber Feeder splitter (1:32) to second fiber Feeder to be distributed for supplying the services including TV broadband, phones lines, and high speed internet.
