My research areas are Vulnerability Analysis of Critical Infrastructures and Resiliency of Jurisdictions, System Simulation and Dynamics. I work with Dr. Adrian Gheorghe in the project supported by DOD called "Critical Infrastructure Resiliency Hampton Roads Region. My research is intended to develop a decision support system based on MCDM using Object Oriented Paradigm.  Instructor in Turkish Air Force Academy ranked Major in Turkish Air Force. Gave lectures in Systems Analysis, Systems Simulation, TQM, Probability and Statistics.
