Ms. Sibson is a faculty administrator in the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering. She has a Bachelor's in French and a Master's in Applied Linguistics from Old Dominion University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration.

Ms. Sibson has been with Old Dominion University since 1993, primarily in Admissions, and joined the Batten College of Engineering & Technology in August 2004 as Programs Manager and Asynchronous MEM Advisor for the Asynchronous Master of Engineering Management program.
