Welcome to the Web site of the "Subcellular Response to Narrow Band and Wide Band Radio Frequency Radiation (SURRF)" MURI (Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative) research program. SURRF is managed by Dr. Robert Barker of AFOSR.

SURRF includes Old Dominion University, acting as lead institution, Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, Eastern Virginia Medical School, the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Washington University, and the University of Wisconsin. SURRF's Principal Investigator is Dr. Karl Schoenbach.
